Frequent Questions & Answers & Using Tips:

Q1. Why the collar does not spray?

(1). If the Beep function can work normally, only the Spray function can't work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).

(2). If all functions don't work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).

(3). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.

(4). Maybe the sensitivity is too low when using the Auto anti-bark mode, so it can't sense the dog’s barking. Please adjust the sensitivity of the collar to the HIGH level.

(5). When using the "Auto anti-bark mode", the collar will firstly make a beep sound to warn the dog when detects the bark. If the dog continues to bark, it sprays the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.

Q2. How to fill the citronella spray?

Turn off the collar first, set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly (important) press the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds and then release.

Q3. How to pair the remote and receiver collar to use the "Remote control mode"?

Must be within 10 seconds after turning on the collar (very important), press and hold on the "Dog 1" or "Dog 2" button on the remote until hearing 5 “beep” sound from the receiver collar, then they are paired. The Receiver collar will keep the remote control mode until you turn it off then turn on again. If you don't press any button on the remote within 1 minute, the receiver collar will enter "Auto anti bark mode".

Q4. How To Use Auto Anti Bark Mode?

After turning on the receiver collar, it will automatically enter "Auto anti-bark mode" if don’t press any button of the remote within the first 1 minute.

How to Adjust the Sensitivity Level When Using "Auto Anti Bark Mode" ?

(1). The receive collar has 3 levels of sensitivity : Low, Middle and High. The higher the sensitivity, the easier it is for the collar to be triggered by the dog’s barking. (Only for "Auto Anti Bark Mode" )

(2). You can adjust the correct sensitivity level according to the dog type and loudness of dog’s barking.

(3). You can press the On/Off to adjust the sensitivity level when the receive collar is power on . Press On/Off button one time , the sensitivity level will change to the level which the blue Led light on .

How To Work With Auto Anti Bark?

1. The collar will issue one beep audio warning when the device detects the first barking.
2. The collar will begin to emit spray shot automatically if the collar continue to detect the barking in 1 seconds.
3. The collar will return to the original status if it can’t detect the barking in 120 seconds.Then it will start to issue warning beep again.

How The Remote Control Matches Two Collars? [ Does not include the second collar in package]

To add a receive collar to your remote dog training system, please follow below steps. Only turn on 1 collar at a time to connect then follow below steps for the 2nd collar if required.

Step 1: Take out 1 unmatched receive collar. Press and hold “ON/OFF” button. After two “beep” sounds, release the button, the power of receiver is on.

Step 2: Take out the transmitter. Press and hold on the Dog 1 button ( within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched collar ) until hearing 5 “beeps” sound from the receiver then release. If you want to match the second dog collar, press and hold on the Dog 2 button.

Note: You should press and hold on Dog 1 button or Dog2 button within 10 seconds after turn on the unmatched receive collar. Otherwise you have to turn off receive collar then turn it on again to match .

Step 3: Test matched Receiver press Dog1 button one time, if you can see the red led flash 1time from the matched receive collar then congratulations, you have matched the first receive collar. You can also press Beep button1time to test, will hear 1 sound warning beep from the matched receive collar.
